We offer a variety of training programs designed to enhance your speed, strength, and agility, all through a sport-specific lens. Whether you're a beginner or an elite player, our programs are designed to meet you where you are and help you achieve your next milestone.

  • Speed & Agility Training: Focus on footwork, sprint mechanics, and explosiveness to outpace your opponents.

  • Strength & Conditioning: Build core strength and power for improved balance, shooting speed, and explosiveness.

  • Position-Specific Training: Programs tailored to lacrosse positions (attack, defense, goalie) for maximized performance.

  • Group Training & Individual Coaching: Whether you prefer one-on-one coaching or small group sessions, we’ve got you covered.


No Fear SIXES- Girls 5th-8th

Dates: 3/22 & 3/29 8:30-10:30am (@ Elev8 Athletics in Bedford Hills)

Teams are guaranteed 2 games per 1 hour session (20 minute games)

Teams include 6-12 players including goalie

*** If you are signing up for the single day option, please make sure that your daughter has a team ***



Game speed differs from only running in a straight line. Introducing our Game Speed Program.

The program focuses on maximizing sports performance by training sport-specific movements at high velocity - with control, efficiency & anticipation.

Westchester 3v3 - REP your TOWN or Club

Enjoy some fun competition this summer with No Fear 3v3 Lax! You create your own team or register as a “free agent”. Guaranteed 3 games per session. Teams will be ranked during the first 3 weeks - the last week will be tournament style with one team winner per league. Check out the league rules on the above “3v3 Lacrosse League” tab.
