BOOTCAMP

No Fear Bootcamp motivates clients of all fitness levels to set and reach fitness goals, and to test and push boundaries. We teach you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and increase self-esteem. With warmups, speed training, endurance training and flexibility, we challenge you to compete against yourself. Each class is considered "go at your own pace." Whether you are an expert or just starting on your fitness journey, you will be able to get what you need out of our classes.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE and SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING

No Fear Sports Performance offers private training and sports performance classes for youth and adolescent athletes. FREE assessments and a FREE trial class is included for athletes at ALL levels. We develop sport specific programs based on the needs of our clients. A balance of skills in speed, agility, power, coordination and strength, is a solid foundation for a kid's success in sports and can define their future.

GIRLS SPORTS PERFORMANCE

FREE assessments and a FREE trial class for girls interested in Strength and Agility classes. We have programs available for overall athleticism (increased speed, agility and strength) as well as sport specific training . ALL levels welcome.

PRIVATE and SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

No Fear personal training programs are based on assessments, feedback and accountability of clients and trainer. With private one on one training, the workouts are specifically customized just for you or your child. Semi-private training includes all the benefits of private sessions with the included benefit of a motivating atmosphere and more affordability. We encourage and educate clients to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle, while keeping workouts fresh and fun.

NO FEAR KIDS CLASSES

Ages 3-5 years old: Children will build confidence by using various locomotor skills, creative movement, and tumbling. The classes will also teach them organized games by incorporating basic sports skills, drills and obstacle courses which focus on teamwork, sportsmanship and hand eye coordination.
 Ages 6 and up: Children will learn fundamentals and basic rules of different sports including catching, throwing, kicking and striking in a very fun way. The class will incorporate teamwork and sportsmanship as well as fitness, strength, conditioning, and agility through various drills, obstacle courses and organized games while learning the importance of stretching and injury prevention.
